Welcome

Thank you for being part of this study. In this study, I have sought to explore the embodiment of racism and its connection to psychological safety in the workplace for Canadian-born, South Asian women. This website serves as an anonymous way for participants to engage with this research study. You will find two key pages on this website:

1. Emerging Findings: on this page I share some of the preliminary findings from the qualitative questionnaires that formed the first phase of my research study.

2. Focus Group: on this page, I invite you to engage in an anonymous, asynchronous focus group through blog post commenting. You are invited to answer two BIG questions on this page. You are welcome to post as many times as you'd like, and to comment on others' posts as well. Your comments are anonymous, and you are welcome to share what you're comfortable sharing.

Thank you for being part of this journey with me, and for trusting me with your stories. I have long felt that this study is just the starting of a conversation that needs to happen. As Canadian-born, South Asian women, we have stories to share and I invite you to use this space to begin.
